Terms of Service

By using the service Instagram Widget by Luck, operated by Lucas Carvalho Serviços de Tecnologia (CNPJ 57.590.985/0001-70), you agree to the terms described below. Read carefully before subscribing or using the service.

1. Description of service

The Instagram Widget by Luck is an API that allows the display of Instagram feeds on third-party websites, through authorization from the Instagram account holder. The service includes:

• OAuth integration with the Instagram API (Meta)
• Delivery of the feed in JSON format via REST endpoint
• Automatic caching and access token renewal
• Access control by domain (CORS)

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for legal entities or independent professionals who want to integrate the Instagram feed of their clients into websites. Personal use for non-commercial purposes can be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Customer responsibilities

When subscribing to the Instagram Widget by Luck, the customer agrees to:

• Obter a autorização expressa do titular da conta Instagram antes de conectá-la ao serviço
• Obtain express authorization from the Instagram account holder before connecting it to the service
• Use the service in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and Policies and the Instagram Terms of Use
• Not use the service for mass data collection, scraping, or activities that violate Meta's terms
• Keep access credentials confidential
• Provide only domains under their responsibility or that of their final clients

4. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the Instagram Widget by Luck for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Displaying content from accounts without the holder's authorization
• Reselling access to the API without prior authorization from Lucas Carvalho Serviços de Tecnologia
• Overloading the API with excessive automated requests
• Bypassing the domain-based access control (CORS)

5. Payment and cancellation

• The service is charged monthly per connected client
• Cancellation can be requested at any time via email
• There is no refund for already paid periods
• In case of default, access will be suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days

6. Availability and SLA

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Failures in the Meta API that affect the service are out of our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Lucas Carvalho Serviços de Tecnologia is not responsible for:

• Changes in Meta policies or APIs that affect the service operation
• Data loss resulting from events outside our control
• Content displayed on customers' sites from the data delivered by the API
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or business loss

8. Intellectual property

The API, code, trademark, and materials of the Instagram Widget by Luck are the property of Lucas Carvalho Serviços de Tecnologia. The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as contracted.

9. Changes to terms

We may change these terms at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for any customer who violates these terms, without prior notice and without the right to refund.

11. Jurisdiction and legislation

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Brazil. The court of the district of São Paulo/SP is elected to resolve any conflicts.
